SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times

Standard orders are processed the same day and shipped the following day, unless next working day delivery is selected. Standard delivery is within 2-3 business days. Personalised orders are processed once the image has been uploaded and received and can take up to 14 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
Shipping Rates

​Delivery rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.

When do you deliver?

A courier delivers on our behalf on business days (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays). We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay or you can contact us.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses and we also deliver to some UK islands. 

Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

Do you offer international delivery?

​We can deliver to countries in the EU. The delivery rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What if I miss the delivery?

Unless you’ve ordered for same-day delivery, the courier will:
 

(1) Leave a delivery card to let you know the delivery was missed;
(2) Usually try to deliver again , or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another date at no extra charge;

(3) Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left for you.

 

Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery date or address to a different one after an order is placed. You can however contact the courier directly once you receive the delivery confirmation.
 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the delivery courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
